Harvest
We begin harvesting our olives in mid-September, during the early harvest season. We handpick the greenest, most perfect olives without letting them touch the ground or sustain any damage.
Weight-controlled Transportation
We place our olives in plastic crates with a maximum capacity of 25 kg to prevent crushing and damage, ensuring they reach the oil mill within 4-6 hours.
Extraction
To preserve the flavors, polyphenols, and antioxidant values of our olives at their highest levels, we carry out the extraction process in a state-of-the-art press dedicated to our olives, maintaining a temperature of 20-21 degrees Celsius and ensuring maximum hygiene.
Protected Storage
To preserve the quality and values of our olive oil, we meticulously filter it and store it at 18-19 degrees Celsius in stainless steel tanks, eliminating contact with air and sunlight.
Good Agricultural Practices
While taking care of our garden, we use products that do not contain harmful chemical, microbiological, and physical residues to human health, do not pollute the environment, and do not harm the natural balance.
Water Management
We do not use an additional irrigation source in our garden. We meet the water needs of our olive trees only through natural rainwater. This way, we do not deplete our groundwater resources and engage in a production process that is in harmony with nature.
Soil Conservation
To prevent erosion and improve soil quality, we adopt and implement proper soil management practices.
Conservation of Biodiversity
By supporting olive groves with various plant species, we preserve natural life and increase biodiversity
Packaging Design
Olive Oriental is not just an olive oil, but also a work of art. Our packaging comes to life with the original touches of the renowned artist Ekin Anıl. Carefully selected olives from the fertile lands of Anatolia, processed with traditional methods, carry the unique flavor and spirit of Olive Oriental, now merging with art. This olive oil, imbued with traces of art in every drop, not only brings flavor to your tables but also presents itself as a piece of art. Olive Oriental offers an experience beyond just olive oil, meeting the aesthetic vision of Ekin Anıl as it becomes a guest in the most special corner of your home.

The Journey of Olive in History
In history, there are no clear scientific data on when and where the olive tree was first domesticated. However, many sources indicate that the olive tree was likely domesticated around 4000 BCE, probably in Anatolia. With the cultivation of wild olive trees, known as “oleasters,” in the Mediterranean region for thousands of years, the importance […]
The Olive Tree Planted by Partridge Birds
Even if the olive fruit falls to the ground, it is not possible for a wild olive tree to sprout from that olive or its seed. The structure of the olive fruit’s oil prevents this. However, the olive stone, undigested by the partridge bird that eats the olive fruit, can germinate in the soil and […]
The Journey of Olives

The most important factors for it are the soil structure and climatic conditions. Taking care of the olive tree enhances both its beauty and productivity. That’s why all our efforts are […]
